You spend key hours in your office sitting on one chair without much body movements. But you don’t know that this erects many physical issues like, fatness, muscles pain, weakness, headache and weak blood circulation.

And back pain comes as the most common complaint from all heavy sitters. An increasing number of people in their 20s and 30s suffer from it these days.

Now, here you can find some simple solutions to beat the back pain with some effective tips:
1. Readjust your pillows: Sometimes bad sleeping position harm your back, so it is important the way you sleep. Place a pillow under the knees and if you’ve habit to sleep on your side, place pillow between your knees and draw your legs towards the chest. And while sleeping on your stomach, place a small pillow under your abdomen to prevent the lower back from sagging.

2. Caution while exercising: Don’t allow the pain to enter your back while exercising. Remember to lift weight above your hand, squeeze the buttock muscles. This will force your body into a position that will automatically stabilize your spine, thereby reducing the risk of lower-back injuries.

3. Change your posture frequently: When sitting on chair frequently make changes in your posture. Single posture may prevent stress in one particular area of the spine. But remember to maintain the natural arch of your back while changing postures.

4. Sit on exercise ball: Sitting on exercise help you to fight back pain. Try to exercise on ball with 15-20 mints a day. It’ll also help you to strengthen your core muscles.

5. Do crunches: Let the back pain free doing abs crunches that can reduce lower-back pains by almost 75 percent.
