Many of you might not be aware of the fact that a mango smoothie is listed among one of the most nutritious and delicious drinks! It is rich in vitamins, minerals and full of phytonutrients (plant compounds that promote better health).

Mango smoothie happens to be a nourishing drink and can be consumed as a dessert or a refreshing drink, this summer. So you can easily beat the heat, stay hydrated and store up on nutrients with a mango smoothie. Here check out the recipe of making a mango smoothie:

Ingredients
1 ripe mango, skinned and chopped (chilled)

2 cups papaya, skinned and chopped (chilled)

1/2 cup water

Serves 1

Method
Place all ingredients into a blender and mix together until turns out to be even and creamy. Make sure that there are no chunks! For the creative ones, there is always an option of decking it up with great garnishing ideas.  

Relish on the drink and even serve to your guests!
