Easy to make and healthy recipe of egg curry!

Egg is one thing that you can eat in all your meals. It goes best with bread in breakfast, while tastes yummy with rice in after-noon meal. It enhances the quality of dinner meal when served with curry form with chapatti or rice.

Indian egg curry is worldwide famous for its richness in nutrition and fats when cooked with various vegetables. You can make egg curry dish in just 15 minutes. Here you can learn the recipe:

Ingredients:  4 eggs, 1 tomato (pureed), 1 onion, 1-2 green chilies, 1/2-inch piece of ginger, 3-4 garlic flakes, 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, Red chili powder to taste, 3/4th tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp coriander powder, 3/4 tsp garam masala, 2 tbsp olive oil , Salt - As per taste

Cooking method:

1. Remove the shells of boiled eggs and cut into half pieces.

2. Make a paste of onion, garlic, ginger and green chilies in a mixer or chopper.

3. Now, heat oil in a wok and add onion-garlic paste and fry till golden brown.

4. Add all the spices salt, turmeric, coriander and chili powder, garam masala (if required).

5.  Fry the mixture till it starts leaving oil.

6. Add tomato puree to it in the end.

7. Add a cup of water and cook till it dry's.

8. Leave it to simmer for at least 10 minutes.

9. Garnish it with green coriander leave. And your tomato egg curry dish is ready!
