Swastik Pictures’ production show Amita Ka Amit on Sony Entertainment Television has been making headlines recently as the show is on its verge of being pulled off air by the channel probably by the next month.

Though the off air date is not yet confirmed the makers are not leaving any stone unturned to keep its loyal audiences hooked with the storyline. First, they are ready to bring a new character in the story and secondly they will introduce another leap sequence in the show.

As seen so far, Amit (Nishad Vaidya) and Amita (Chandni Bhagwanani) are getting back together after all the divorce fiasco. In the coming episode, Amita will again expect a baby. Earlier, it was seen that Amita decides to leave Amit and lead a life in the orphanage after losing her unborn baby. But now that they are back, the show is all set to take a leap with the couple living a happily married life. “The couple will be glad with Amita getting pregnant again. But Amit will be apprehensive about it owing to the complications that happened last time.”

The show will take another leap soon wherein Amita will be seen heavily pregnant, expecting the joy of her life, her baby to come to the world soon.

According to the sources, Jayshree Soni, who was last appeared as the lead of Sahara One’s show, Niyati has been roped in for a month's cameo in Amita Ka Amit. Jayshree for the first time will play a negative character called Kajri. Kajri enters Amit and Amita's house as a care-taker of their baby.

A huge revelation is stored in with this character.

Sony Entertainment Television, which was all set to launch its political based show Desh Ki Beti Nandini, produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions, has seen a change in program. The show was scheduled to release from 16 September and was supposed to replace Chhanchhan at the 9 pm slot, but latest reports state that the show has been delayed in launch.

According to the sources to cover up the empty time slot caused by its delay, Sony TV’s two shows Amita Ka Amit (Swastik Productions) and Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara (Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd) will air for 45 minute to fill the airtime vacuum.

“Chhanchhan is over but Nandini’s launch has been delayed for two weeks due to production issues. Hence the channel made the hasty decision to fill the empty slot by extending the air time of Amita Ka Amit and Jee Le Zara,” said sources. Hence, Amita Ka Amit will air from 8:30pm-9:15pm followed by Jee Le Zara till 10 pm.

Ruslaan Mumtaz, lead protagonist of Jee Le Zara confirmed the development on his Twitter account. “Ruslaan Mumtaz ‏@ruslaanmumtaz4h: From today #jeelezara is going to air from 9:15pm to 10pm on @SonyTV . 45mins of Sachi+Dhruv :)” (sic)

Well, fans if you’re waiting to see Kirti Nagpure as Nandini, than you’ve to wait for two more weeks or if you fan of Amita ka Amit and Jee Le Jara then enjoy your favorite show for few more minutes.

Popular television actress, Sanaya Irani, who is currently enjoying her time holidaying with family in America, is said to have bagged her next show, after Chhanchhan’s closer from Sony Entertainment Television.

She has been approached by Nautanki Telefilm’ owner Saurabh Tewari, who is currently leading one of the best and highly appreciated shows, Madhubala on Colors. If buzz has to be believed he has now finalised Sanaya Irani, popular as Khushi Kumari Gupta from Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, to play the lead in his next on Colors.

According to sources, the show is about a girl who believes in love and how her path crosses with a man, who doesn't believe in it. “Sanaya has been in talks with the production house for a long time. She has been now been finalised. In fact, the production house was keen on casting her as the lead in Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan, but things couldn’t materialise back then. The production house is now busy casting the male lead. It will be a casting coup of sorts as Sanaya is much in demand despite her last show failed to rake in the ratings,” sources revealed.

Now, this is going to be a big treat for all the fans out there who are waiting to see their favorite star back on tube with a better show. We hope Sanaya will get a deserving script this time.

Sangeeta Ghosh and Ruslaan Mumtaz starrer Sony Entertainment Television’s latest offering Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara has been getting rave reviews from the very beginning. Thanks to the splendid performances by actors and a fresh tale that is far from all planning and plotting drama of many dailies, the show is getting good numbers. Now in an attempt to sustain the viewership, makers will introduce two new characters in TV actors Neelam Pathania and Himayat Ali.

In the coming episode there will be an interesting track with the entry of Sunil’s (Gaurav Bajpai) parents, played Neelam and Himayat. They will enter Ganeshotsav celebrations. As known Prachi is in love with Sunil and wants to get married to him. Saachi (Sangeeta Ghosh) and her family will soon meet Sunil’s parents during their Ganeshotsav celebrations. But Sunil’s parents have some different notions about their son’s wedding.

Sources said, “They are a rich Marvari family, who has an attitude when it comes to their lavish style of living and richness. The father especially is proud of his position in the society and is very keen on his son marrying a girl of the same class as theirs.”

Veteran actor Himayat Ali, who has been seen in many episodic of Life OK’s Savdhan India in negative roles, confirmed his entry in Jee Le Zara saying, “Yes, I will soon begin shoot. I play the role of Sunil’s father. He is not for Sunil marrying Prachi and this is when the drama begins.”

A bundle of young actors get attached to Sony Entertainment Television’s popular show Bade Acche Lagte Hain, post its seven years leap. And the makers Balaji Telefilms has again come up launching another young gun on the show.

As per the reports beautiful and petite Charlie Chauhan, who rose to fame through MTV Roadies, will join the cast and play a cameo role. The actress was earlier seen in Channel V’s Best Friends Forever and dance reality show Nach Baliye of Star Plus. Interestingly, she will share screen space with her former co-star Fenil Umrigar, who has been roped in to play Pihu, eldest daughter of Ram and Priya (Ram Kapoor  and Sakshi Tanwar).

About Charlie’s role, sources said she will play a nurse. “She will take care of Priya (Sakshi Tanwar) who is in a state of coma. Since Pihu’s (Fenil Umrigar) character has turned negative, Charlie will help Priya in the hospital,” they added. Charlie will begin shooting soon.

Apart from Charlie and Fenil, young TV actors namely Vinti Idnani, Yuvraj Thakur and Pragati Chourasia have joined the cast of Bade Achhe Lagte Hain.

After casting in television actors Urvashi Dholakia and Rohit Purohit, Rashmi Sharma's upcoming project for Sony Entertainment Television, was looking for the face who can lead the show. And if believe buzz Ankita Sharma has been tipped to essay the protagonist in the show.

Talented and beautiful Ankita Sharma, who has recently appeared in Life OK's Amrit Manthan, had earlier worked with Sony Entertainment Television in their light hearted show Baat Hamari Pakki Hai. Now it seems the actress will be back on the channel if everything falls in proper place.

Sources close to the production house said that Ankita has higher chances to be on the board. If things materialize, then Ankita will soon go on to complete the paper work.

Its weekend and time for some action packed experience on Sony Entertainment Television’s Adaalat. The show which has been consistently entertaining viewers with some very exciting cases is back with one more interesting case.

In the coming episode fans will see a most intriguing case that KD Pathak (Ronit Roy) is trying to resolve. The case will go this way, a doctor who has discovered a vial which can make a person invisible. He keeps a press conference to tell everyone regarding his discovery. But we see that not only does the doctor get killed, his vial also gets stolen and the one accused is his assistant. The case will lend to KD and in the court proceedings he will try to prove that the assistant is innocent.

“KD finds that there was another person who now seems to be missing and hasn't even gone home. He comes to know that there is a house where the TV switches on itself; things are moving by itself in the house. KD and Srman trace out the guy who was missing and they find him in this house,” said sources.

Who has stolen the vial and drank it? Is it the assistant who was aware about the experiment or is it this guy who is roaming here and there after drinking the chemical?

How will KD catch the invisible man?
