Love and drama to be the flavor on Channel V with Crazy Stupid Ishq
Youth targeted Channel V has been experimenting with many genres that can be executed on screen with a youth flavor. Currently, the channel is ruling young hearts with dance based Dil Dostii Dance and the tale revolving around college campus, The Buddy Project.

To add more spice, the channel is now coming up with another mix dose of emotions with Crazy Stupid Ishq. As of now TV has no love story in offer that rings with young India and makers of Crazy Stupid Ishq claim to do so.  Amidst the confusion and the rat race of this world there is a steady search for identity amongst the youth and love plays a very important part in shaping that identity.

The show is a love story of 4 people aiming to make a mark for themselves in life. It is an urban story with a strong desi flavor - shuttling between a romcom and drama.

Prem Kamath, GM & Channel Head of Channel V, said, "We've already carved a genre for ourselves, away from the niche of music channels that are called youth entertainment. Now it's the time to consolidate our status as the country's top youth GEC and Crazy Stupid Ishq is a step towards that direction”.
