The contestants list of upcoming season of Nach Baliye is getting highly popular stars from television and Bollywood industries. And the latest couple on the board is none other than our favorite Gurmeet Choudhary and Debina Bonnerjee. The couple, who played most good looking god-goddess Ram and Sita in Imagine TV’s Ramayan, have been finalised as one of the 13 celebrity Jodis this season, said reports.

Earlier, we have seen Gurmeet dancing on the floor of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5, and he also participated with his wife Debina in Nach Baliye Sriman v/s Srimati. If the buzz is right, then Gurmeet and Debina will definitely be a tough competition for the rest of twelve Jodis.

Debina also confirmed the news saying, “Yes, I have been offered few reality shows, which I am planning to take up.” When asked further, whether she will be seen alone or with her husband Gurmeet on the show, she smiled and said, “I won't comment on that as the audiences have to wait and watch.”

Apart from them, Vivan Bhatena-Nikhila Palat and Mahesh Shetty-Anisha Kapoor have also been approached for the show. Vivan Bhatena on the other hand said, “I really refuse reality shows. My family is not cool with it.”

Other jodis confirmed on the show are Nakuul Mehta from Pyar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyara Pyara and wife Jankee. And Kanica Maheshwari, who is currently seen in Diya Aur Baati Hum, with husband Ankur Ghai.

Village Boy production’s family show Ek Ghar Banaunga starring Ishita Dutta as Poonam and Rahul Sharma as Akash Garg has completed its 100 episode on 13 September, 2013. It was launched on April 29, 2013 with an idea of marriage and how daughters but not sons are supposed to leave their father's home to live with their spouses.

The entire cast and crew is cheerful on achieving this feat. An elated Rahul Sharma said, “It is indeed pleasure that we completed 100 episodes, and most importantly that we have been consistent all along. Even with a time slot of 6:30 pm our show is getting a fair viewership and today I will wish that the show goes on to achieve more such feats.”

Speaking about his memorable times, he added, “During the chunk where we were shooting for our wedding sequence, we had immense fun. From having food together to hanging around all day like a true family. It was an immensely enjoyable time.”

Raakesh Paswan, producer of the show averred, “It is great feeling and I am really thankful that we have achieved the first step. I really hope the viewers go on giving their love to us so that we can bring more and more drama with our show.”

On being quizzed about the party they have planned, he smiled, “At the moment Ganapati celebrations are in full flow so we will have to postpone our celebrations for some time.”

Firstly, her brother-in-law tried to rape her when nobody, including her husband Parmeet (Gaurav Chaudhary) was in the house. Then, she was thrown out of the house by in-laws and when she stays at her home, her father had a heart-attack.

The latest dilemma in her life is from a blank-caller. She is receiving some blank calls from an unknown international number. And the makers seem to be keeping this part of the story under wraps but as per information, Bani will start doubting these calls. She will wonder if it’s Parmeet who has been making these calls or is it any another person.

“Bani had once spotted Parmeet at a market. Thus, putting the pieces of the puzzle together, she will get on a mission to locate her husband,” informed sources.

Shefali said, “Bani has been getting international calls but she isn’t sure if that was Parmeet as nobody has ever spoken to her from the other end.”

Expectations weren’t really high from Ragini MMS when it was set to release in 2011, however, the film turned out to be one of the best releases of that year. And here the makers of the film are all set to thrill you once again with the sequel to the film, titled Ragini MMS 2.

With the film audience will get to see porn-star Sunny Leone in sizzling avatar, and the teaser of Ragini MMS 2 was launched on Thursday by Balaji Motion Pictures. The teaser reads- “Grab a bite of Sunny”. And good news for Leone’s fans is that it promises plenty of steamy scenes.”

In the teaser you get to see Sunny Leone enjoying a shower as the camera pans through see-through bathroom curtains. Besides, there are loads of scary moments shown in the teaser. The film has been helmed by Bhushan Patel, and it also stars Parvin Dabas, Sandhya Mridul and Anita and Hassanandani.

The film has been produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ekta Kapoor, and it will be Sunny’s second outing in Bollywood after her debut film Jism 2.

The film will mark Sunny’s second Bollywood venture. She made her presence felt in the world of Indian entertainment with the reality show Bigg Boss 5 and has since then bagged a number of endorsement deals and films. It is slated to release in January next year!

It seems like television industry is celebrating the season of love, romance, engagement and marriages. Recently it was reported that actor Aashka Goradia is finally getting married to her long time boyfriend Rohit Bakshi.

Now, latest one who is dying to paint Tellywood red is Jay Soni. Yes, the popular and talented actor, who is currently seen in Telly show Sanskaar Dharohar Apnon Ki, is getting engaged this month end to Pooja Shah, a footwear designer.

Jay informed that the engagement ceremony will be attended by close relatives and a few friends from the industry. “I am simple and family-oriented. Pooja is Gujarati like me. She is a very genuine person. I met her a month ago and she seems fine with the idea of marrying an actor despite their erratic schedule. Love or arranged marriage works only when two individuals work on their relationship and share their joys and sorrows.”

Jay is glad Pooja appreciates the fact that he is a self-made man. So, when does he plan to tie the knot? “The marriage date is not decided. It could be this year end or next year. In the meantime, I am getting to know her better; it's nice to have someone special in my life.”

On being quizzed what Pooja feels of him of an actor, “She thinks of me as a decent actor,” said Jay, Sasural Genda Phool fame.

Small screen world is full of uncertainty and insecurities with actors being replaced overnight, shows being pulled off air in a short span of time, and all this happens because of TRP game. The latest show, which is also under the scanner board of channel and will soon wrap up from the t-town, is Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage of Sahara One.

The show was recently in the news after male lead Giriraj Kabra was replaced overnight, two years after its launch. Actor Raj Singh, who also happens to be the show's antagonist Shalini Sahuta's real-life boyfriend, stepped into his shoes.

The amendment was taken place in an attempt to increase the ratings, but the new male lead failed to make his mark. And now, the channel has decided to put down the curtains on it. If going by the buzz Piyaa Ka Ghar.. will bid adieu in September.

Sharad Raj, head of programming and content of the channel confirmed the news saying, “The show has been the lowest on the ratings chart and hence the decision. We tried our best to revamp the show by bringing a change in the storyline and replacing the male lead, but the show failed to pick up.”

After tasting the comedy genre on SAB TV’s Gutur Gu, good-looking TV actress Anita Hassanandani is returning to the genre which she fits in the most. She will soon play a romantic character in the debut episode of Yeh Hai Aashiqui that will bring various unconventional love stories.

The reality show will see Vikrant Massey as its host and feature people entering into relationships that are still considered a taboo in the society. It will go on air from August 25 only on youth channel UTV Bindass.

Hassanandani will play Priyanka and the story revolves around a young photographer Tushar. He will fall in love with Priyanka, who is a wife of an army officer. Priyanka reciprocates to his feelings, but their lives take a turn when the duo is stuck between the game of heart versus mind.

Anita confirmed her presence on Yeh Hai Aashiqui saying, “I'm excited about playing a romantic character after a really long time. The concept of the show is brilliant and very interesting as it reflects today's youth. They are more open and bolder, but then that's what love is.”

She added, “One falls in love without thinking! I'm sure the audiences will connect with Yeh Hai Aashiqui as it will feature stories inspired from real life.

The new show will also feature young TV actors like Yuvraj Thakur, Charlie Chauhan, Jay Kanani, Sanjay Sharma and Vineet Raina.

Gorgeous actress Muskaan Mihani, who got engaged earlier this year, has announced that she is going to marry businessman Tushal Sobhani this September 1. The couple, who exchanged rings on the auspicious day of Akshaya Tritiya will enter into marital lock on fortunate date September 1, 2013.

Sources close to the actress said, “The Mehendi ceremony will be held on 30 August 2013, in Malad, Mumbai, followed by the Sangeet ceremony on 31 August. The wedding will take place on 1 September at The Ballroom – Taj Lands End and a grand reception has been organized the same night.”

Muskaan, who has been away from screen for a long time, is a popular name in the television circuit with shows like Yeh Meri Life Hai, Pyaar Ke Do Naam : Ek Radha Ek Shyam, Mamta, Dill Mill Gayye, Jugni Chali Jalandhar, Ring Wrong Ring, Bhai Bhaiyya Aur Brother to her credit.

Ram Kapoor and Sakshi Tanwar starrer popular TV show Bade Achhe Lagte Hain, which is being produced by Balaji Telefilms and aired on Sony Television Entertainment, recently saw an eight year leap which introduced to the new generation in the family. And as reports are coming in, the show is going to see another 20 year leap once again in the first week of September.

Well, the way BALH turning up, it will surely become the only show in television that has opted for multiple leaps in a short span of time. At times, these creative changes tend to confuse the viewers in terms of plot progress.

Talking about the current leap, one could notice Aanchal Munjal is playing the adolescent Pihu, who is young and aspiring teenager in the show. “New leap will directly jump to twenty years leap from nine years, where Ram and Priya will continue to be an apart of show with a sport grey hair. The setup is likely to get change,” informed sources.

Initially, BALH was a story of two strangers who accidently discovered love in each other, and run up the gamut of drama from marriage, separation, second marriage etc. The second leap of twenty years on the show might give more twist and turns to the show.

Presently, we have some renowned shows who have achieved the feat like Uttaran (Colors), Balika Vadhu (Colors), CID (Sony), Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (Star Plus), Pavitra Rishta (Zee TV) and Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah (SAB TV).

F.I.R, which has once again begin basking the points on TRP board after the comeback of Kavita, will complete its 1000th episode on 5 September (2013), the entire unit is looking forward to the D-day.

Beautiful and docile Ekta Kaul, who made her name in every household with Zee TV’s Rab Se Shona Isshq, and was also seen trying her luck in Colors’ dance reality show Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa season 6, has been getting various new offers for her comeback.

She was recently approached for Rashmi Sharma’s upcoming project on Sony Entertainment Television, titled Desh Ki Beti Nandini, for the role of protagonist. It is already known that TV actor Nandish Sandhu, Uttaran and Phir Subha Hogi fame has been zeroed down to essay the male lead role.

Star Plus’ numero uno Diya Aur Baati Hum is ahead to celebrate Rakshabandhan without letting the interest of the audience down.

As seen in the last few episodes that Suraj (Anas Rashid) has left home with better-half Sandhya (Deepika Singh) to fulfill her dreams of becoming an IPS officer, big question that comes here is that how will Chavi (Sehrish Ali) celebrate this rakhi without her bhaiya at home?

Well, as per sources, “In the upcoming tracks of the show, the Rathi family will be celebrating Rakshabandhan but Chavi will be upset because her brother Suraj, who loves and cares for her the most is not with her this time. There's a ritual to be followed in which the last rakhi of girl as an unmarried girl is celebrated on a big scale. Bhabho (Neelu Vaghela) tells Chavi that how her Mamasa celebrated this ritual in a grand way with dhols. Chavi is feeling upset because she feels that there is no chance for her brother to come and celebrate Rakhi in a grand way despite having lots of expectation from him.

Suddenly, the Rathi family hears loud beats of dhol and they all think that it might be happening at someone else's place. Later, they all notice that someone has come along with a doli, lots of gifts and dhol walas along in Hanuman Gali.”

Sehrish added, “Chavi has lots of expectations from his brother that he will definitely come on the day of the festival Rakshabandhan but she is upset that he is not with her this time.”

While on one side it shows the high-octane drama between the Garg families, it also presents lovey-dovey sequence between newlywed couples.

As per the current track, there have been some differences prevailing in Garg family that Gunjan (Roopal Tyagi) is trying hard to get solve. She will soon get an opportunity to achieve her goal when everyone feels delightful celebrating the Janmashtami celebrations.

It is informed by sources that the celebration will be grand affair. “The entire colony will organize a Janmashtami celebration wherein they would be performing on Ras Leela. Seema (Alka Mogha) will play the role of Radha, and Krishna is supposed to be played by a member residing in the same colony. However, on the day of the performance, the person to play Krishna will not turn up, and the honour of Garg family will be at stake,” said sources. Here Shail (Vaishnavi) comes out in Seema’s rescue, only after the urge of Gunjan.

Roopal said, “Yes, there is a Janmashtami sequence to happen. But I have no idea as to what’s coming up.”

Nautanki Telefilms’ intense love-story of RK (Vivian Dsena) and Madhu’s (Drashti Dhami) on Colors’ Madhubala- Ek Ishq Ek Junoon is undergoing through a odd time, where docile wife sacrificing her soul to save her husband. She’s under the pressure of antagonist Sultan (Avinesh Rekhi) who is trying to play his dirty games, in attempt to get Madhu in his life.

As per the ongoing track, Madhu is finding it tough to hide her feelings towards RK and pretend to be in love with Sultan, while other side aggressive RK is trying his level best to make Madhu jealous. But soon the cat and mouse game between the couple will take bigger proportions when RK in a violent mood will wipe off Madhu’s sindoor from her forehead and pull out and break her mangalsutra.

After taking two months break from work, sexy and suave Madhura Naik is back on TV. She last appeared as a co-judge of the second season of Bindass’ Superdude and now buzz says she has been roped in to play vital role in Star Plus’ Ek Nanad Ki Khushiyon Ki Chaabi… Meri Bhabhi (DJ’s A Creative Unit).

As per the sources soon Shraddha (Kanchi Kaul) will decide to go for a divorce from her husband Bobby (Bharat Chawda). She will get to know about Bobby’s wrong doings, and has finally decided to divorce him. And as sources inform, Madhura will be seen playing the lawyer who will fight the case for Shraddha.

Madhura confirmed her presence and said, “Yes, I have been roped in as the parallel lead. I will be playing a lawyer, which is a first time for me, so it would definitely be fun. Having played a social worker in Shapath, I feel the characterization would come easily for me.”

The leggy girl goes on and added, “Not much has been briefed to me apart from the fact that I will be fighting the case for Shraddha. I am looking forward to a long term association with the cast and crew. Also my very good friend Bharat is there in the show, so I am sure it will be a good experience overall.”

Shashi Sumeet Productions new show on Zee TV’s Punar Vivah Ek Nayi Umeed has recently marked an entry of new character Vikrant Singhania, which is being played by handsome actor Eijaz Khan. His role is said to be on the lines of popular character of Mr. Bajaj aka Ronit Roy from Kasautii Zindagi Kay.

His entry was witnessed during the contest Mrs. And Mr. Bhopal contest, wherein he for the first time will come face to face with Sarita (Srishty Rode).Vikrant will be the one who will give the trophy of Mrs. And Mr. Bhopal to Raj (Karan V Grover) and Sarita.

As per the sources, in the further episodes there will be some captivating sequence get open when Vikrant confronts Sarita.  Sources said, “Sarita will bump into Vikrant’s kid on the road and save the kid from an accident. However, Vikrant will have a miscommunication of sorts and will think that Sarita has in fact kidnapped his kid. It will not be a love at first sight for Vikrant and Sarita, but the exciting track ahead will pave way for some tiffs between the two to begin with.”

Srishty Rode said, “Yes, Sarita meets Vikrant at the Mrs. And Mr. Bhopal contest. Viewers can look forward to some interesting scenes.”

To play the son of Eijaz, makers have been roped in a six-year-old child artist Eklavya Ahir, who has earlier featured in shows like Mann Ki Awaaz Pratigya, Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat and Tota Weds Maina.

As reported, Eijaz will play a widower and wants to remarry but for his kid, thus emphasizing the title of the show.

Channel Colors is set to celebrate this Eid with all glitz and galore and in an attempt to make the show Jashn-E-Eid enthralling they have roped in some popular bollywood and television personalities. TV actress Sanaya Irani was also the one from the selected celebrities, but unfortunately she could not make it.

According to the sources, Sanaya was assigned to perform with Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 6 contestant Laurent Gottlieb. But things could not materialize. Buzz has that Sanaya apparently started rehearsing for the event but always had some or the other issue pertaining to her dance steps, make-up or dress.

Sources revealed, “We are used to actor tantrums. But after the rehearsals she was asked to stay for few more hours for the final shooting. She did not budge and just walked out of the sets. Before leaving she blurted that she is not like others actors who can work round the clock for money.”

To fill her exit for the act, the production house (Wizcraft) went on to rope in Sapne Suhane (Zee TV) girl, Roopal Tyagi.

Roopal confirmed being a part of the celebration. “Yes, the team called me up very late as Sanaya wasn’t going to do that act. Hence, I just had three hours to learn and rehearse before the final shoot. I was pretty nervous when I learnt about me performing with Lauren but, it went well.”

A channel spokesperson said, “Sanaya did not back out. We did approach her but she would have remained busy shooting for her show, thus could not take up our project”
