Bigg Boss season 7 begun making controversies since the day one, and not only controversies but like earlier seasons, this season also have a love-story that has kept the interest of viewers intact. And the lovebirds who are painting the Bigg Boss house red with their love are none other than two popular personalities, Kushal Tandon and Gauhar Khan.

One could notice in past few episodes that ever since Gauhar, who was earlier placed in the Heaven section of the Bigg Boss house, has stepped in Hell, the Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna Hai star is seen showering extra attention on the model turned actress. Both the inmates are often seen together and having conversation with each other. Gauhar has built a great rapport with him, and was seen taking care of his food and all.

In a recent episode, Kushal is seen singing songs for Gauhar. When Eli, Kushal and Gauhar were in a conversation, Kushal-Gauhar forgot about Eli and kept looking in each other's eyes. Even Eli also joked that they were behaving like a couple. He once said on the show Gauhar is the one person who he loves to trouble in the house and was also seen giving her a back massage to make her feel better.

Kushal appeared in dance reality show Nach Baliye along with his girlfriend Elena, but now it looks like they have parted ways. Because the way handsome lad is turning protective about Gauhar and is ready to take fights with even friends like Armaan who he knew before entering the Bigg Boss house, it shows that Kushal is more in relationship in reel-life.

Veena Malik, known for her controversial statements and stints, revealed a secret that Mallika Sherawat starrer The Bachelorette India was first offered to her and when she refused doing, it went to Murder actress.

She revealed, “The Bachelorette was first offered to me. After I refused, it went to Mallika Sherawat. I was also supposed to do Swayamvar on TV, but then it didn't happen. When Bachelorette came to me, I was shooting four films back-to-back, and I couldn't have let the producers' money go waste while I was busy honeymooning. No matter, main kitne bhi ishq-mohabbat karoon, I will make sure that I marry the best man. But I don't think this is the right time to look for Mr. Right. I would like to concentrate on my career for a few years.”

Bigg Boss fame Veena was in Kolkata recently to promote her upcoming flick. She is considered in the same league as controversy queen Rakhi Sawant, on being quizzed to comment on this, she averred, “Oh please, give me a break. Media keeps writing things. I have just started my career here and have a long way to go. Inshallah. There is no comparison at all. No one can be like Rakhi and she cannot be like anyone else.”

Few days back actor Ravi Dubey was being touted as the central character in Sony TV’s upcoming show Desh Ki Beti Nandini. But latest report suggests that Bhopal-born Rafi Malik has been chosen to play the male lead role opposite Keerti Nagpure.

“We finalised Rafi for the lead role as we were looking for a fresh face. The character of Rajveer Raghuvanshi (Rafi's character) belongs to a royal family and has that sophisticated air about him. Rafi suited the character perfectly as he is from Bhopal aur usmein woh nawaabon wala tashan hai,” said sources from the show.

Graduated from the Bhopal School Of Social Sciences, Rafi was also among the finalists in Gladrags MegaModel Hunt in 2011. He is excited about the debut show and said he is happy that he has starting acting career shooting in my hometown. “I started my career as a model and I'm elated with this break. The makers were looking for a new face, and I got lucky. I was also offered a role in Mahabharat, but this interested me more as I'm playing the lead. And it's a happy coincidence for me. I'm starting my acting career shooting in my hometown. I couldn't have asked for more,” said the newbie.

It is reported that the shooting of the show, which is based on Delhi background was held in Bhopal. They captured scenes from city's malls, lakes and Shahpura's Rainbow Treat. The makers preferred to shoot in Bhopal as they found the weather of MP more pleasant. Likewise, Rainbow Treat was converted into Delhi's Paranthe Wali Galli.

One of the team members added, “The show is based in Delhi, but it becomes very difficult to shoot there outdoors because of the sultry weather. So, we've come here. Bhopal is a shooting-friendly city. In the entire schedule, we never faced any problem and things went off very smoothly.”

Sony Entertainment Television, which was all set to launch its political based show Desh Ki Beti Nandini, produced by Rashmi Sharma Productions, has seen a change in program. The show was scheduled to release from 16 September and was supposed to replace Chhanchhan at the 9 pm slot, but latest reports state that the show has been delayed in launch.

According to the sources to cover up the empty time slot caused by its delay, Sony TV’s two shows Amita Ka Amit (Swastik Productions) and Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara (Rose Audio Visuals Pvt Ltd) will air for 45 minute to fill the airtime vacuum.

“Chhanchhan is over but Nandini’s launch has been delayed for two weeks due to production issues. Hence the channel made the hasty decision to fill the empty slot by extending the air time of Amita Ka Amit and Jee Le Zara,” said sources. Hence, Amita Ka Amit will air from 8:30pm-9:15pm followed by Jee Le Zara till 10 pm.

Ruslaan Mumtaz, lead protagonist of Jee Le Zara confirmed the development on his Twitter account. “Ruslaan Mumtaz ‏@ruslaanmumtaz4h: From today #jeelezara is going to air from 9:15pm to 10pm on @SonyTV . 45mins of Sachi+Dhruv :)” (sic)

Well, fans if you’re waiting to see Kirti Nagpure as Nandini, than you’ve to wait for two more weeks or if you fan of Amita ka Amit and Jee Le Jara then enjoy your favorite show for few more minutes.

After inspiring Bollywood filmmakers, the suicide story of late Bollywood actress Jiah Khan, will also take its toll to small screen industry. It will feature in an episode of Bindaas channel latest offering Yeh Hai Aashiqui, based on unusual real life love-story.

As per the sources, “The story revolves around a film actress, who, while on top of her game, falls in love with a director's son and gets extremely possessive about him. The boy, an aspiring actor, ends up signing a film with her, but after she delivers a string of flops, replaces her with a newbie. Unlike Jiah, who took her life by hanging herself from a fan, the actress in the show will jump off the fourth floor of her building.”

The Nishabd and Housefull actress hanged herself in her Juhu home in June, this year. She was in disappointment with her career and personal life. She allegedly had failed relationship, with Aditya Pancholi's son Suraj, who was blamed for the suicide.

The central characters in Yeh Hai Aashiqui will be played by Mihika Verma and Rithvik Dhanjani, while Bobby Darling will play her friend and business manager.

Produced by Vikas Gupta, the show sees Vikrant Massey narrating the love stories.

With undying love between lead couple Aditya (Nakuul Mehta) and Pankhuri (Disha Parmar), the Rajshri Production's Pyaar Ka Dard Hai on Star Plus kept the interest of the audience intact. But, according to the sources, the couple will see a separation in the coming episode. Yes, the protagonists will get separated by Nani (Suchitra Bandekar), who is hell-bent to throw Pankhuri out of the house.

As per the information by sources, “Kapil (Alekh Singhal) will try to kill Pankhuri but Rubel will come to her rescue and will save her. However, amidst all this Rubel will get injured and will slip into coma. Furthermore, Nani who has been looking for an opportunity to throw Pankhuri out of the house will put a condition before her.”

Nani will put two conditions before Pankhuri whether she choose Rubel's life, or leave the house. The docile Pankhuri will pick the second option and agree to Nani's condition. She will leave the house but Aditya will not support her decision and this will lead to their separation.

The separation track will lead the show towards emotional rift. And if sources to be believe there is one more shock ready for the audience by creative team. It is informed that they will soon introduce a remarriage track of the couple.

Colosceum Media Pvt. Ltd/ Mystic: An Entertainment Company production’s Punjabi show Bani Ishq Da Kalma on Colors’ is witnessing some high point drama revolving around Bani (Shefali Sharma) and Rano (Navni Parihar). In the last episode, both were seen dressing up in their bridal attire at a station and waiting for their respective grooms.

It was an iconic episode when Rano ran toward her husband Balveer (Nimai Bali), who she sees after a gap of 20 years. But, unfortunately Balveer discards to recognize Rano and moves ahead to his car. The poor Rano runs behind him and try her level best to prove herself as his drop-out wife. Balveer’s sole intention of getting back to India will be to get hold of property.

In the coming episode, “Rano will be seen falling at the station soon after seeing Balveer. On rushing to the hospital Bani will learn that Rano had consumed poison to commit suicide. The saddest part of the story will be that Balveer will refuse to recognize her even on her death bed. This will mark the end of Rano’s track, marking Navni’s exit from the show,” confirmed sources.

Moreover, Balveer will agree on completing Rano’s death rites as her husband but Sohum (Adhvik Mahajan) will intervene. He will tell Balveer that when he wasn’t around when she needed him the most, then he holds no right to complete her last rites. Finally, since Rano was like a mother to Sohum, he will take the responsibility and go ahead and finish necessary religious rites,” added sources.

Television actor Anuj Saxena, better remembered through his stints in Kkussum, was recently in news as he was making a presence in Rose Audio Visuals Pvt. Ltd’s new show on Sony TV’ Kehta Hai Dil Jee Le Zara, starring Sangeeta Gosh and Ruslaan Mumtaz in lead. However, latest report suggested that he has backed out of the show owing to date issues.

He was assigned to play Sunil's (Gaurav Bajpai) relative who will eventually fall for Saanchi (Sangeeta Ghosh) and this would make Dhruv (Ruslaan Mumtaz) jealous.  “Jee Le Zara was all set to witness the entry of Anuj Saxena who was almost finalized to play a cameo role on the show but due to date issues the actor had to back out last minute,” informed sources. Currently, the production team is hunting for his replacement.

Apart from Kkussum, Anuj Saxena had acted in leading roles in some of the most successful TV shows of his times like KumKum, Saara Akaash and Prratima that are still remembered today. He has also made a big screen debut in the action film Chase starring Udita Goswami in 2010.

He is now making a comeback to the big screen in 2013 in a small but wonderful film titled Parathne wali gali set in the by lanes and is about life in old Delhi.

According to the information, “The makers had also offered Sanaya the lead role in Do Dil Ek Jaan, but it didn't materialize. It would be interesting to see who performs better in the rating chart. The show is about a girl who believes in love. Her path crosses with a man, who doesn't believe in it.”

A big twist is set to come in the Colors’ show Balika Vadhu, as soon Jagya (Shashank Vyas) will be seen getting married to Ganga (Sriti Jha). What’s really unique is that it will be third time when Jagya would be married in the show, as he will put vermilion on Ganga’s forehead.

So far the viewers have seen that Jagya left for Mangalore to get Ganga free from the bars. Now soon it will be seen that Jagya would be back in home with Ganga and her son with the intention of getting her a job in a hospital at Jaitsar.

However, as you can expect, Jagya’s family will oppose this decision of his, and as usual, Sumitra (Smita Bansal) will be hysterical over why Jagya brought Ganga back at the first place, that too without informing any one of the family member. As of course, this will not go down well with Jagya, but before he could react, Ganga decides to leave his house.

And here, the lover boy will jump around to stop his ladylove go from his life, and will confess his love for her. In the twists and turns, he will go ahead and fill her forehead with sindoor. The drama will go up further as Sanchi (Roop Durgapal) and her family too will enter the Haveli at the same time to witness the event.

With 6356 TVTs, it has received with the highest ratings for any weekday fiction show in the last three years on Indian television. It has also successfully found a place in the top shows within the first week of launch itself. After Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Balika Vadhu, Uttaran, Pavitra Rishta and few more, the latest one to join the 1000 episode club is CID of Sony TV. The crime based series completed its 1000 episodes on 27 September, 2013. The series was premiered on 29 April 1997 and is the longest running TV series in India, having completed sixteen years in 2013.

CID has always come up with innovative ideas and has managed to win the hearts of millions every time by its power packed episodes. The 1000 episode will also not disappoint its viewers; it is known the episode will have CID investigating on a dangerous island where their life would be on stake.

After having a satisfying journey for one and a half year Jhilmil Sitaaron Ka Aangan Hoga, premiered on February 27, 2012, is going to bid adieu to its loyal fans. As per the reports, the Rajshri Productions’ show will air its last episode on 18 October 2013.

Talking about the reason of its ending? “Well, since we do not have much left in the story, we are wrapping up,” said sources from the production house. About the ending episode, it would be a happy ending indeed reported unit person, adding about the ending episode that every lead character will see settling down in life in the end. “Soumya’s (Aamir Ali) ex-wife Angie (Sonia Singh) will fall for another man and decide on leaving the house and her kids with his current wife Angana (Aleeza Khan),” said sources.

But before its end, the show will see a time slot change. It will air at8 pm slot from 30 September 2013 (till 18 September) with Piya Ka Ghar Pyaara Lage going off-air tomorrow (27 September 2013). So what takes the 9 pm slot? “Well it has been given to Sahara’s latest offering Aakhir Bahu Bhi Toh Beti Hee Hain,” sources quipped.

Even though he is known as a Casanova in B-town, but still Ranbir Kapoor claims to have a belief in true love. The actor claims that he treats love as sacred and wants to keep it on the highest pedestal. Kapoor, 30, also revealed that arrange marriage is not in his mind at all.

"Today's new generation takes its own decisions. I don't think I will go for an arranged marriage, but I am not against arranged marriages. Personally, love is very important for me. There are lots of ordinary things in life, so love should be extraordinary. I hope I achieve that," Ranbir said.

Even though he recently accepted that Katrina Kaif is special person in his life, he is not ready to admit they are in a relationship. He said, "I am single till I get married. If I am in a relationship and if I talk about it and in case my relationship doesn't work, that puts a lot of pressure on the girl and her reputation. People get very judgmental and our society judges girls a lot."

Krian Media Ltd today announced that it had bagged the International Distribution rights for the Viacom 18 Motion Pictures Akshay Kumar starrer Boss. The film will be released in over 400 screens worldwide, including Europe, North America, South East Asia and Australia, amongst others. Boss is scheduled to release overseas on 16th October 2013.

The acquisition marks an important milestone for Krian Media as it is the first big budget mainstream Bollywood movie that it has acquired for international distribution. In a short span since its inception Krian Media Ltd., in addition to having acquired and released G.I. Joe, it has also acquired two Tollywood and two Mollywood films for USA distribution of which it has already released one Malyalam film. Krian also recently acquired A.R. Murugadoss and Fox Star Studios Raja Rani for a Pan USA release.

Looking at the potential of international markets, Raj Malik, Vice President, Film Acquisition & Distribution, Krian Media, stated, “It is no secret that with the explosion of India internationally, Indian cinema has also been breaking newer barriers and crossing over to many more international markets. Likewise International cinema has also been increasingly making its presence felt at the Indian Box office and we at Krian Media endeavour to become the ideal channel of choice for both the above.

“In this context, the ‘Boss’ deal is significant to us not just because it is our first acquisition of a mainstream big budget Bollywood movie, but it is also the first movie that we would be distributing globally and not just in the US markets,” Mr. Malik added.

Boss is Krian Media Ltd.’s second association with Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, the first being G.I. Joe which released in India on 27th March 2013.

Produced by Viacom 18 Motion Pictures, Cape Of Good Films and Ashwin Varde Productions and directed by Anthony D’Souza, Boss is an action comedy starring Akshay Kumar and Aditi Rao Hydari and is slated for a 16 October, 2013 release.

Finally Jennifer Winget and Gautam Rode starrer Saraswatichandra on Star Plus is climbing up in the TRP ladder. Post the wedding of Kumud with an alcoholic Pramad (Aanshul Trivedi), the storyline has seen a bounce in its creativity and also being liked by the audience. Now, viewers want Kumud to go back to her love Saras.

Meanwhile, the side characters have also been shown in limelight. In the ongoing plot, Kalika (Soni Singh) will be seen forcefully getting married as she doesn’t want to marry this time. “Kalika will try her level best to avoid the nuptials. When she will not succeed, she will decide to run away from the house. Kalika fleeing home will bring a smile on Kumud’s face though. But when Pramad will get to know of this, he will hurt and humiliate Kumud,” sources inform.

Even Saras also advises Kumud to leave the house, where she is begin exploited by Pramad. The fact that Pramad has not changed even after Kalika ran away, proves that the time has come for Kumud to get out of her house.

With the new season of Nach Baliye already on its way, the makers of the show have approached many popular faces, including Jennifer Winget, Nakuul Mehta, Sanaya Irani and Kanchi Kaul. And the latest on the board is, former cricket sensation Vinod Kambli, who is likely to be seen dancing on the tunes of peppy songs in the season 6, along with his wife Andrea.

Revealing about the casting of celebrities, sources close to the program said, “This season, the channel has got many popular faces on their TV shows and perhaps wants to cash in on their fame. That’s why before approaching other star couples, they are asking these people. It will be interesting for audiences to see Jennifer with her husband Karan Singh Grover, Sanaya with her boyfriend Mohit Sehgal, Nakuul with his wife Janki Mehta and Kanchi Kaul with her husband Shabbir Ahluwalia.

But Kanchi-Shabbir apparently has turned down the offer. On the other hand, Jennifer and Nakuul are considering it. Other than the biggest attraction, the fat pay cheque, the actors are also looking at working out their dates for the show, which is expected to launch in a few months.”

If latest buzz it to be believed, then Nach Baliye is going to be Kambli’s third reality show in line. Earlier, he has been part of other reality shows like Sach Ka Saamna and Bigg Boss.

Popular television actress, Sanaya Irani, who is currently enjoying her time holidaying with family in America, is said to have bagged her next show, after Chhanchhan’s closer from Sony Entertainment Television.

She has been approached by Nautanki Telefilm’ owner Saurabh Tewari, who is currently leading one of the best and highly appreciated shows, Madhubala on Colors. If buzz has to be believed he has now finalised Sanaya Irani, popular as Khushi Kumari Gupta from Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon, to play the lead in his next on Colors.

According to sources, the show is about a girl who believes in love and how her path crosses with a man, who doesn't believe in it. “Sanaya has been in talks with the production house for a long time. She has been now been finalised. In fact, the production house was keen on casting her as the lead in Life OK's Do Dil Ek Jaan, but things couldn’t materialise back then. The production house is now busy casting the male lead. It will be a casting coup of sorts as Sanaya is much in demand despite her last show failed to rake in the ratings,” sources revealed.

Now, this is going to be a big treat for all the fans out there who are waiting to see their favorite star back on tube with a better show. We hope Sanaya will get a deserving script this time.
